Las Vegas
Problem:
The monorail in Las Vegas had been designed for a circular track, and therefore only traveled in one direction – forward. The Las Vegas track is linear and the monorail needs to go forward and backward.
Solution:
Working with the Bombardier engineering team, EFP developed a bi-directional steering system.
Result:
This allows the monorail to go forwards and backwards, up and down the track!
