HYDRAULIC FLUSHING AND PRESSURE TEST UNITS
Gen 3 flushing units are computer controlled and automate the flushing and pressure testing of brake piping systems. Gen 3 units come equipped with 15” touch screen controls, compact design and onboard particle counters that measure the contamination level of the flushing fluid to NAS 5 or better (ISO code also available).
Flushing functions are automated and require no user input after start. Once the flushing is complete and the system received a passing grade the unit prints a report and shuts down automatically. Automate pressure testing to verify leak free piping system is also automated on the Gen 3 units.
High efficiency Beta >1000 filtration continuously polishes the hydraulic fluid to the highest degree of cleanliness.
Gen 3 units offer on board printers for immediate output of test results as well as digital test reports retrievable by a standard USB key. Gen 3 systems also have a low pressure fill option to allow direct filling of car HPU using the verified
clean fluid from the flushing unit.
